Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers). We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made.Our website information is checked regularly, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time you place your order. Our objective is to keep shipping and handling charges to a minimun.When several small items are ordered the total shipping and handling charge will not necessarily be the sum total of that of the individual items but will be determined based on the total weight of the products.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver in stock items as quickly as possible but we cannot give an exact delivery time. We will normally send your order to you in three business days . International orders are generally received in under fourteen days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods unused to us at your cost or ask us to arrange collection. We advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods.
